Erin Bobicki has over a decade of experience in the novel application of microwave energy to industrial processes. She recently led an academic-industry consortium that successfully developed and commercialized microwave technology for ore fracture in the mining industry. She is an Associate Professor at the University of Alberta and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Toronto. She holds an Environmental Engineering degree from the University of British Columbia and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta.
