Joy Rauen

Joy Rauen has extensive experience in administrative and executive support roles, currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Superintendent and School Board Secretary at West Aurora School District 129 since August 2014. Prior to this, Joy worked as an Office Professional within the same district and held positions at the Tribune Company, Carson Pirie Scott, Grubb & Ellis, and TGI Fridays, showcasing a strong background in human resources, tenant services, and management. Joy Rauen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Illinois State University between 1996 and 2000 and completed general studies at Downers Grove South High School, graduating in 1996.
