Jasmine Renee Ellis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jasmine started their career as a Receptionist at OITC Logistics in 2011 and later worked as a Seasonal Worker at UPS in 2015. In the same year, they also served as a Resident Assistant at Clark Atlanta University. In 2014, Jasmine worked as a Camp Counselor for the Boys and Girls Clubs of America.
In 2015, Jasmine began their journey in the theater industry. Jasmine worked as a Film Crew member at AMC Theatres from 2015 to 2017. During this time, they also served as a Professional Acting Apprentice at Aurora Theatre. Jasmine'sexperience at Aurora Theatre continued with various roles such as Spotlight Operator, Teaching Artist, and ultimately, Director of Education.
In 2020, Jasmine briefly transitioned outside of the theater industry to work as a Shopper for Shipt. However, they continued to pursue their passion for education and performance through their role as a Theatre Teacher and Site Director at Generation Infocus from 2017 to 2020. In these positions, they were responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of an after-school program and promoting hands-on STEM/STEAM learning.
