Bridgette Beam

Bridgette Beam is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product strategy, operations, and data science, currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Strategy, Operations & Data Science at Aurora since February 2022. Prior roles include Chief of Staff & Senior Director of Product, leading initiatives for self-driving technology, and Director of Startup & Developer Programs at Meta, where Bridgette enabled developers and startups to innovate on emerging platforms. Additional notable experience includes impactful positions at Instacart, Delta Air Lines, and Google, where Bridgette co-founded Google for Startups, managing large teams and driving significant economic impact. Bridgette holds a B.S. in Economics from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
