Matt Grigsby is a seasoned professional in operations management with extensive experience in the automotive and technology sectors, particularly in self-driving vehicle initiatives. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Test Operations at Aurora since March 2021, Matt has a proven track record in defining KPIs, managing production planning, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Previous roles include Product Operations Manager at Nuro, Head of Vehicle Operations at Ike, and Truck Operations Manager in Uber's self-driving program, where Matt achieved a Guinness World Record for the longest journey by a driverless truck.
