Yang Xu

Yang Xu is a Senior Software Engineer at Aurora since January 2021, specializing in LiDAR-based detection systems and machine learning model improvements. Previous experience includes a tenure at Uber from September 2017 to January 2021, where Yang Xu contributed to the Perception system for self-driving cars, focusing on object fusion and system optimization. Yang Xu also worked as a Software Engineer at Susquehanna International Group from September 2012 to August 2017 and as an Associate Software Engineer at MasterCard from June 2011 to November 2012, developing the worldwide authorization system.
