Mike Keener has worked in a variety of roles in the tech industry. Mike began their career in 1988 as a Field Service Technician for American Airlines. In 1991, they became a Technical Support Manager for American Express, where they provided operational support for 7 call centers and 52 satellite locations across the United States, and successfully lead a team of 23 technicians in a high producing 24x7 call center environment. In 2010, they moved to Stratix Corporation as Manager of Mobility Support, where they managed a world class technical support desk focused on customer excellence and service delivery. Mike implemented a 24x7 operation and game changing creations of systems, processes, reporting and structures which improved KPI's through all operations. In 2020, they joined AUS Information Systems as Director of Operations.
Mike Keener attended Devry University - Atlanta from 1986 to 1988, where they earned an Associate's degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology.
