Dale Percy

Dale Percy is an experienced professional in event management and athlete development, currently serving as the Head of Events - BMX at AusCycling since November 2020. Previously held multiple leadership roles including Head of Events (Off-Road) and General Manager for MTB Club Development. As a director at AKXN Pty Ltd since February 2019, Dale focuses on marketing, athlete management, and event management. Dale also operated business ventures such as The Deck Take-Away/Cafe and The Deck Seafood from January 2015 to January 2017. Prior experience includes roles as Director at BMX Australia, Event Management Specialist at Monster Energy, and Director of BMX Queensland, where emphasis was placed on marketing and athlete development. Dale began a career in insurance with WorkCover Queensland from July 2003 until December 2014.
