Fabiana Santos

Fabiana Santos has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and organizational development. Fabiana has worked for Ausenco since 2017, starting as the Director of People & Performance for South America and later becoming the Vice President of People & Performance, Service Delivery. In these roles, Fabiana led HR teams, implemented HR strategies, and provided guidance to business leaders on various HR programs. Prior to Ausenco, Fabiana worked for Orica, where they held several HR management positions, including Senior Manager of Organizational Capability and HR Manager for Latin America. Fabiana was responsible for implementing various HR programs, such as talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement surveys. Fabiana also has experience in HR systems and payroll management. Fabiana started their career at ALSTOM as a Commercial Assistant and later worked as a Supply Chain Analyst at IFF.

Fabiana Santos has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from UNITAU - Universidade de Taubaté, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with specialization in Export from Centro Universitário Salesiano de São Paulo, from 2002 to 2005. Their earlier education includes a Technology in Offices Automation degree from Fatec Guaratinguetá, which they completed from 1998 to 2001.
