João Acílio Carvalho Ribeiro serves as the Director of People & Performance at Ausenco since October 2008, where responsibilities include managing the delivery of HR services to enhance leadership, engagement, and development in alignment with business needs. Previously, João was the Services Manager at Vale from June 2007 to April 2008 and the Compensation & Labor Relations Manager at MBR from April 1987 to May 2007. João holds a specialization degree in Business Management with a focus on Corporate Finance from Fundação Dom Cabral (2004-2006) and a degree in Foreign Trade and Administration from Centro Universitário UNA (1983-1988).
