Rod Mears

Rod Mears is an experienced professional in the telecommunications and consulting sectors, currently serving as General Manager - Commercial and Customer Value at Aussie Broadband since December 2020. Prior to this role, Rod held several senior positions, including Executive Manager Product Pricing and Commercial at NBN Co Limited and various roles at Telstra Wholesale, Service Stream, ASG Group, and Prima Consulting. Rod's career began at Australia Post as a Senior Project Manager for GST Implementation, after which positions at GTS Communications, MCI WORLDCOM, and Telstra as a Senior Business Analyst contributed to a robust foundation in business analysis and strategy. Rod holds an MBA in Business and Leadership from Mt Eliza Business School and a degree in Business, Accounting from Victoria University, supplemented by completion of the CPA Australia Program.
