Jimmy Shepherd is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and operations, particularly in the franchise sector. Currently serving as Regional Manager at Aussie since May 2014, Jimmy focuses on developing strategic plans to optimize franchisee and broker performance. Previous roles include Network Development Manager and Retail Business Consultant at Aussie, as well as managing five Nando's restaurants as SA Franchise Manager. Jimmy also founded the Nando's Chook with a Heart Foundation, facilitating significant charitable donations. Education credentials include a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of South Australia and an Executive Coaching certification from Melbourne Business School.
