Emil Bohn

Emil Bohn is an experienced consultant specializing in executive coaching, strategic planning, and process improvement, with a professional background spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Retained Consultant at 3form since December 2015, as well as a Management Consultant for AuST Development & Manufacturing and Hotel Technology Next Generation since 2018 and 2016 respectively, Emil has played a pivotal role in strategic initiatives. Prior to these roles, Emil contributed to Packsize International LLC, where leadership in organizational effectiveness and HR drove substantial global growth. With a history of consulting for various organizations, including Black Diamond Equipment and Blue Shield of California, Emil has consistently enhanced project success rates and developed leadership programs. Emil holds a Ph.D. in Communication from the University of Utah, an MA from the University of Montana, and a BA from the University of California, Davis.
