Aaron Homer

Aaron Homer has a diverse background, starting as a Ranch Hand at Blue Stem Cattle Company. Aaron then transitioned to the United States Navy where Aaron held various roles such as Active/Reserve Recruiter, Machinist Mate, and Leading Petty Officer. After their time in the Navy, Aaron worked at BAE Systems Norfolk Ship Repair as a Craft Supervisor before joining Austal USA as a Project Lead in the Repair Division. In their current role, Aaron serves as the HM&E On-Site Representative and LCS Lead Ship Rider/warranty Engineer, ensuring that systems and equipment on LCS vessels meet technical requirements and specifications. Throughout their career, Aaron has demonstrated strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality work.
