Stephanie Parga

Stephanie Parga has extensive experience in educational leadership and teaching, currently serving as Middle School Principal and Leader in Residence at Compass Rose Public Schools since March 2021, after previously holding the position of Assistant Principal of Instruction. In conjunction with the role at Compass Rose, Stephanie has been an 8G Algebra Teacher at Austin Achieve Public Schools since July 2020. Prior experience includes teaching mathematics at IDEA Public Schools from July 2015 to July 2020 and serving as an English Language Arts Teacher for first-grade students. Early in the career, Stephanie taught Spanish to Kinder and first-grade students at KIPP Austin Leadership Elementary from July 2013 to May 2015. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's degree in History and Mathematics from Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico, obtained between 2005 and 2011.
