Lisa has also worked as a Sr. HR Business Partner at Wayne Fueling Systems and as a Business Strategy Coach and Consultant at PSMJ Resources, Inc.

Lisa B. holds an MBA in Organizational Studies from Notre Dame de Namur University. Lisa also obtained a BS in Recreation Administration - Commercial Option from California State University, Fresno. In addition to their degrees, Lisa has obtained several certifications, including the Professional EOS Implementer certification from EOS Worldwide, the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM, and certifications from The Five Behaviors® and Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand.
