Alisha Weskamp

Alisha Weskamp, M.S., is an experienced organizational development professional currently serving as the Organizational Development Manager at the Austin Convention Center since August 2023. Previously, Alisha held positions at Austin Energy, where roles included Senior Business Process Consultant and Business Process Consultant, contributing to the development and delivery of educational programs and utilizing the Birkman Method assessment for leadership improvement. Alisha's career began at the City of Austin Fire Department and included positions focused on training needs, curriculum development, and internal auditing.
