Bill Kelly

Bill Kelly has extensive experience in the construction and technology sectors, currently serving as Distribution Process Manager at Austin Energy since September 2009, with previous roles including Program Manager and Manager of Field Services. Prior to this, Bill Kelly worked at Wilshire Homes from January 2006 to March 2009, where responsibilities as Project Superintendent included managing multiple semi-custom home building projects and ensuring compliance with building codes. Their earlier experience includes a role as Research Manager at IDC, where Bill Kelly developed procurement strategies and benchmark methodologies for Fortune 1000 clients, significantly increasing contract revenue. Bill Kelly began their career as an Apprentice at Kelly Electric and holds a degree from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
