Troy McInnes

Troy McInnes currently serves as the Interim Chief People and Culture Officer and Director of P&C Partnering & Organisational Development at Austin Health since January 2022. Troy has also been a Board Member at ONE IN FIVE since February 2023. Previously, Troy held several key positions at Transurban, including Head of Transition for People and Culture, where responsibility included leading the integration of WestConnex, and Head of Human Resources for Victoria, overseeing various strategic HR initiatives. Troy's earlier experience includes roles at News Corp Australia, IMS Health, NHS England, and Morgan McKinley, alongside a strong educational foundation in Human Resources and International Business from notable institutions such as the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Flinders University.
