Oscar Rodriguez is the Executive Director of Enterprise Applications at Austin Independent School District. Oscar previously served as the Director of Technology Operations at Duncanville ISD from July 2018 to October 2019. Rodriguez has a long history of working in technology and education. Oscar has experience in developing and implementing software review processes to ensure alignment of technology with instructional goals. In addition, they developed various district systems to ensure effective program implementation with integrated data collection to support program evaluation including a balanced literacy monitoring system, bullying reporting system, and various other systems and processes.

Rodriguez is known for their collaborative approach to working with various district stakeholders on an ongoing basis to support district goals and objectives such as assessment, communications, curriculum and instruction, and student services. Oscar has also coordinated with internal resources such as programming, network, and database to meet goals. In addition, they have developed and streamlined department support services, such as the technology procurement process, to improve service levels and stakeholder satisfaction.
