Angela Howard

Angela Howard is an accomplished author and nonprofit leader with diverse professional experience. As a book author with Austin Macauley Publishers since March 2020, Angela penned "Sin Child," a personal narrative that addresses themes of loss, abuse, and the quest for acceptance. Angela founded and serves as Executive Director of the PTSD-ACED Foundation, Inc., which focuses on increasing awareness and diagnosis of PTSD linked to adverse childhood experiences. Previously, from 2008 to December 2019, Angela led Howard Legal Nurse Consulting as President, providing specialized legal nurse consulting services, including life care planning and expert testimony. Additionally, Angela was the CEO/Owner of OptimComfort, Inc. from April 2013 to November 2017. Angela holds a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from the University of North Alabama and an Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from Itawamba Community College.
