Thomas McLaughlin is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the arts sector. Currently serving as Marketing Director at Austin Opera since October 2022, McLaughlin previously held various roles at Cincinnati Ballet from July 2013 to August 2022, culminating in the position of Vice President of Patron Experience and Community Engagement. Earlier career highlights include positions at Banana Republic, Know Theatre of Cincinnati, Fine Arts Fund, Educational Theatre Association, New Stage Collective, The Goodman Theatre, and Ovation Theatre Company. McLaughlin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Drama and Mathematics from Thomas More University and has pursued a Master's degree in Arts Administration at the University of Cincinnati.
