Allison Hosgood

Allison Hosgood, M.A., SPHR, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and HR service delivery. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at AustinPeopleWorks since July 2021, Allison has previously held roles such as HR Services Consultant, Human Resources Business Partner at Purple Communications, and Executive Director of Human Resources at the City of Hutto, where significant advancements in talent development and HR team expansion were achieved. With a strong background at Freebirds World Burrito and Golfsmith, Allison has successfully managed HR programs for large organizations, overseeing employee relations, recruitment, and training initiatives. Allison holds a B.S. from Colby-Sawyer College and an M.A. from the University of Northern Colorado.
