Jocelyn Almy-Testa

Jocelyn Almy-Testa currently serves as the Recreation Director for the Town of Topsfield and as a Leadership Coach for the Veritas Student Leadership Program at Austin Preparatory School. With extensive experience in athletics, Jocelyn has been an Assistant Coach for Track and Field at Masconomet Regional High School since November 2021, where significant achievements include state qualification for multiple athletes. Prior coaching roles include head coach for the Boxford Athletic Association's Middle School Cross Country program and Varsity Co-ed Sprints and Jumps Coach at Bishop Fenwick High School. Additionally, Jocelyn has held various leadership and operational roles in arts organizations, showcasing a strong background in both sports and arts management. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Sports Leadership and a Master of Education in Arts and Learning from Endicott College, along with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
