Cynthia Ibarra Humphrey

Cynthia Ibarra Humphrey has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 2002, they worked at Austin Regional Clinic (ARC) in various roles, including as a Billing Supervisor II and most recently as a CBO Performance & Quality Assurance Specialist. At ARC, they managed the daily operations of the Patient Accounts Department, developed employee training plans, and ensured compliance and confidentiality. In 2017, they joined Acadia Healthcare as a Behavioral Health Associate, where they provided support to patients and facilitated educational groups. In addition, Cynthia worked as a Consultant at C. Humphrey Consulting in 2014 and as a Community Support Specialist at Phoenix House from 2013 to 2015.

Cynthia Ibarra Humphrey, MSLC, has a diverse education history that includes a Master of Science in Leadership and Change from St. Edward's University, which they obtained from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services, General from the same institution between 2012 and 2014. In 2010, Cynthia briefly pursued a field of study in Organizational Leadership at The University of Texas at Austin before transferring to Austin Community College, where they focused on Medical Office Management/Administration from 2008 to 2010.
