Patty Bluhm

Patty Bluhm is an experienced IT Director with a comprehensive background in software development and information technology management. Currently serving at Austin Regional Clinic since January 2012, Patty has played a pivotal role in architecting reporting systems for an Accountable Care Organization and collaborating with Seton Healthcare for data sharing initiatives. Previous experience includes a principal software engineer position at Intrado, where architectural integration was key for VoIP systems, and contributing as a volunteer at the National Emergency Number Association to develop 9-1-1 interoperability standards. Patty also held various leadership roles at HBF Group, AtOutcome, and APS Systems, focusing on development management and innovative software solutions across the healthcare and telecom sectors.
