Shannon Whiting

Shannon Whiting, SHRM-CP, has a diverse background in human resources and team leadership. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Austin Regional Clinic since September 2021, Shannon collaborates with managers to support employee relations and compliance for a workforce of 400. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Halcyon Home, where Shannon oversaw HR functions for a 600+ employee organization and facilitated the integration of three acquisitions. Previous roles include Head Instructor at 9Round Fitness, where Shannon received the 2014 Trainer of the Year award, and Home Health Aide, providing care to geriatric clients. Early career experience includes content creation and editorial responsibilities with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA. Shannon holds a Bachelor's degree in Writing from Eastern University.
