Tj Morelli

TJ Morelli is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in community engagement, pastoral leadership, career coaching, and executive search. As the Director of Community Engagement at the Austin Center for Faith and Work, Morelli has established a Christ-centered community in the Greater Austin area. At Austin Ridge Bible Church, Morelli has served in various pastoral roles, focusing on adult singles, workplace ministry, and business ministries within a large congregation. Previous experience includes a significant tenure at Bradley-Morris, Inc., where Morelli led the Executive Search Division and implemented strategic initiatives for military recruiting. Morelli's military background includes serving as an Engineer Platoon Leader in the US Army. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
