Betty Bartley

Betty Bartley serves as the HR Manager for the Texas Municipal League, demonstrating extensive experience in human resources management. In addition to this role, Betty has been an active member of the Austin Human Resource Management Association (AHRMA) since 2002, where leadership skills were showcased as the AHRMA President in 2002.
