Michelle Houston

Michelle Houston is an experienced senior manager currently at Australia Post, leading Lodgement Applications since April 2018. Prior to this role, Michelle accumulated extensive experience at StarTrack over nearly 26 years, holding positions such as Branch Service Operations Lead, Applications Support Lead (Acting), Incident Manager, IT Trainer, and STEP Training Manager, where responsibilities included delivering training for the STEP project and coordinating national training sessions. Michelle holds a Diploma in VM from Melbourne College of Decoration and a VCE in Art from Broadmeadows Tech.
