Darren Davy

Darren Davy has extensive work experience in the meat industry. Darren started their career as a Plant Manager at JBS in 2008. After that, they worked as a Day Manager at Thomas Foods International Australia from 2010 to 2014. In 2014, they became a Business Owner at Abattoirs Processing Equipment until 2017 when they transitioned to AACo as a Production Manager. In 2018, they took on the role of Operations Manager at BX Foods NZ Ltd. Later that year, they moved to Abattoir Processing Equipment as a Processed Consultant to the meat industry. In 2019, they became a Consultant for the red meat industry in Vietnam at APE Consultant. Currently, they work as a Training Manager at Response APAC Pty Ltd since 2022.

From 1982 to 1985, Darren Davy attended Ipswich State High School, where they pursued a meat diploma.
