Jules Sevilla has a significant amount of work experience in the field of IT. They began their career in 2006 as an IT Specialist at EEI Corporation, where they provided daily network support and implemented ICT policies and standards. In 2010, Jules joined Catholic Relief Services as an IT Officer, where they were responsible for maintaining network systems, managing databases, and developing ICT policies and procedures. After three years, they moved on to work at Urban Circus as an IT Officer, before joining GCOMM Pty Ltd as a Systems Engineer in 2015. In 2017, Jules became a Level 2 Support Technician at Precision IT Pty. Ltd., where they continued to provide technical support. They then worked as a Senior IT Support Officer at High Arctic Energy Services from April to October 2019, before joining AACo as a Systems Administrator in October 2019.
Jules Sevilla completed a diploma in Information Technology at TAFE Brisbane from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2006, Jules obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Management from Ateneo de Davao University. In addition to these educational qualifications, Jules has obtained several certifications, including ITIL - Foundation from EXIN in February 2015, Cisco Certified Network Associate from Cisco in September 2013, and Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft in June 2013.
