Dean Vickers is currently the State Sales Manager Queensland for Australian Bakels. Previously, Dean held the position of General Manager at Sol Breads where Dean oversaw organic pastry wholesale and retail operations. Before that, Dean was the Business Owner of Avant Garde Patisserie in Milton Brisbane. With a background as a Pastry Chef at prestigious establishments like The Ivy Restaurant and VILLANDRY FOODSTORE RESTAURANT LIMITED, Dean brings a wealth of experience in the culinary industry. Dean holds a Diploma in Leadership and Management from Asset College and a Trade Qualification Certificate Three in Baking and Pastry Arts from TAFE Queensland.
