Tiffany Choi is a Senior Technologist at Australian Bakels. Prior to this, Tiffany held various technologist and specialist roles at Goodman Fielder. Tiffany also worked as a Food Safety Coordinator at Lotus & Ming where Tiffany was involved in daily production, quality control, supplier testing, and HACCP plan implementation. Tiffany graduated from UNSW with a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science and Technology after completing high school at Pymble Ladies College.
