Sophia Tuffin

Sophia Tuffin is an experienced production and stage manager currently serving as Production Manager at the Australian Chamber Orchestra since November 2023. Previously, Tuffin held the position of Senior/Stage Manager at the London Symphony Orchestra, where management of the Stage and Transport team and coordination of instrument and equipment logistics for performances were primary responsibilities. Additional experience includes roles as Fleet Specialist at Zipcar, Temporary Customer Associate at Tesco, and Operations Manager at West End in Schools, where coordination of freelancers and delivery of educational performances were key achievements. Tuffin also worked as Faculty Administrator at the Royal College of Music, supporting the Vocal and Opera department, and contributed significantly to numerous events as Concert Manager and House Production Staff at the Royal Albert Hall. An educational background in Stage Management and Technical Theatre was completed at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama.
