Kate Armstrong

Kate Armstrong has extensive experience in the planning, zoning, and mechanical contracting sectors. Currently serving as a Planning & Zoning Technician and holding previous roles as Senior Inspector and Inspector at the City of Hays, KS since January 2019, Kate brings a wealth of knowledge from prior positions including Field Coordinator at GH Worx, Project Manager/Estimator at Commercial Mechanical Inc., and Lead Project Estimator at Glassman Corporation. Kate's expertise includes managing and estimating commercial HVAC and plumbing projects, working closely with various stakeholders in construction. Educational qualifications include a degree in Industrial Technology Education with a focus on Construction Management from Fort Hays State University and a General Studies diploma from Ell-Saline High School.
