Anna Brakey is a seasoned professional in economic regulation and competition law, currently serving as a Commissioner at the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) since December 2020. Anna chairs several committees within the ACCC, including the Infrastructure Committee and the Electricity Markets Inquiry Board, while also holding cross-appointment roles as an Associate Member at both the Australian Communications and Media Authority and the New Zealand Commerce Commission.
