Ashleigh Collier

Ashleigh Collier PhD is a Senior Researcher at the Australian Education Research Organisation (AERO) since July 2021 and an Adjunct Lecturer in Education at Flinders University, maintaining academic status in the College of Education, Psychology and Social Work. Ashleigh has a strong research background, having completed a PhD focused on supporting children’s early holistic development at Flinders University, where also served as a tutor. Previous experience includes roles as a Research Assistant at the University of South Australia and Telethon Kids Institute, contributing to significant projects related to bereavement and early childhood development, respectively. Early career positions as a Nutritionist at South Adelaide Football Club and Clinical Trial Assistant at the Women's and Children's Health Research Institute provided foundational expertise in health and nutrition research. Educational qualifications include a PhD, Master's in Public Health, and a Bachelor's in Health Science (Nutrition), all from Flinders University.
