Lauren Stafford

Lauren Stafford currently serves as Director of Product Management - Rail and Director of Business Development at First Mode since April 2023. Additionally, Lauren holds the position of Director at Industry Innovation and Science Australia and Australia's Economic Accelerator, as well as a member of the Research Infrastructure Advisory Board for the Australian Government Department of Education. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Technology Australian Operations at Woodside Energy and Head of Innovation at BHP. Lauren's career began at The University of Queensland, where roles included Centre Manager for the WH Bryan Mining and Geology Research Centre. Educational qualifications include a Master of Commerce, a Bachelor of Applied Science (Honors), and a Bachelor of Education, all from The University of Queensland.
