Jennifer McLean

Jennifer McLean is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human rights and community engagement. Currently serving as a Project Officer and Campaign Coordinator at the Australian Human Rights Commission since January 2021, Jennifer previously held the role of Project Manager at All Together Now from October 2019 to December 2020. Additional experience includes positions as Project Officer and Volunteer Coordinator, along with serving as Acting Community Engagement Manager at Western Sydney MRC, and a stint as a Community Organising Fellow with the Refugee Council of Australia. Jennifer also worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Sydney and as a Refugee Caseworker for Amnesty International Australia. Academically, Jennifer holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Human Rights Law and Policy from UNSW and a Bachelor of International and Global Studies (Hons) from the University of Sydney, with additional educational experiences at Lebanese American University and Qatar University.
