Marshie Perera Rajakumar

Marshie Perera Rajakumar serves as an Advisory Board Member at the Australian Institute for Diversity in Mental Health (AIDMH) since October 2023, contributing to a not-for-profit organization focused on multicultural mental health advocacy. As the Founder, Manager, Teacher, and Performer of Jhoom Bollywood Dance Company since January 2008, Marshie promotes Bollywood culture through engaging performances and classes. Additionally, Marshie is an Advisory Council Member for the South Asian Communities Ministerial Advisory Council, active since 2018. With experience as a Customer Implementation Manager at Circle In and Well™, involvement with the AustralAsian Centre for Human Rights and Health as a Board Member and Committee Member, and roles at WORK180 AU & NZ and Yokogawa Australia and New Zealand, Marshie combines expertise in customer success, human rights, and engineering. Marshie co-founded the Jhanak Dance Company and has a background as a Research Assistant at the University of Melbourne, holding a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical)(Hons) degree from the same institution.
