Amanda Brigdale currently serves as the Manager of International Relations at the Australian Institute of Marine Science since February 2022, having previously held the position of Assistant Manager in Government Relations. Prior to this role, Amanda worked at the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade as an Assistant Director focused on Environment, Oceans, and Biodiversity from May 2019 to February 2022. Amanda's earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Director - International and Manager - Policy at the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority from April 2008 to May 2019. Amanda holds a Master's degree in Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Law from The Australian National University and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of New England (AU).
