Belinda Nankivell

Belinda Nankivell is a skilled operations leader with extensive experience in project management and digital transformation across various sectors. As the Chief Operating Officer at the Australian Property Institute since July 2019, Belinda successfully led a digital transformation project that integrated a new website, CRM, LMS, and payment systems while enhancing HR operations. Prior to this role, Belinda served as a Special Project Manager, delivering a branded cyber insurance product in collaboration with multiple stakeholders. Additional experience includes serving as a Council Member for Proptech Brisbane and managing projects at TerryWhite Chemmart and the Pharmacy Guild of Australia, where Belinda achieved significant growth and operational improvements. Belinda holds a Change Management Certification from PROSCI and a Bachelor of Pharmacy from The University of Queensland.
