Brett Baxter

Brett Baxter is a seasoned property professional with extensive experience in valuation and asset management. Currently serving as Associate Director of Specialised Assets at M3 Property since July 2023, Brett leads a team focused on areas such as Family Law, Compulsory Acquisition, and strategic consulting, including Childcare Centres, Hotels, and Marinas. Brett has held significant roles in the Australian Property Institute, including API NSW State Committee Chair and API NSW YPP Chair since January 2017. Prior to M3 Property, Brett was Director of Commercial Valuations at JLL from May 2019 to April 2023, managing a valuation team and overseeing diverse commercial property assessments. Additional experience includes positions at CBRE Asia Pacific and Opteon, along with a foundational background in Residential and Commercial Real Estate.
