Adam Fitzhenry

Adam Fitzhenry has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Adam is currently the Head of People Integration & Innovation at the Australian Retirement Trust, where they lead the harmonization of people and culture integration and oversees major people and technology projects. Prior to this, they worked at Sunsuper as the Head of Employee & Workplace Experience and Manager of Employee Experience & Communication. In these roles, Adam focused on improving the employee experience and driving engagement through leadership communication, cultural transformation, and project management. Adam also has experience in transition/change communication at CIMIC Group Limited and held corporate affairs and communication management roles at Leighton Contractors. Overall, Adam has a strong background in people leadership, strategic communication, and driving positive organizational change.

Adam Fitzhenry has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from QUT (Queensland University of Technology). Adam has additional certifications from Avanade School of Innovation in 2022.
