Jane Cronin

Jane Cronin has a strong background in strategic leadership and transformation. Jane is currently working as the Strategic Lead - Culture and Leadership at the Australian Retirement Trust. Prior to this, they held the role of Transformation Director at PwC Australia from 2013 to 2023. Before that, they worked as a Senior Manager at PwC from 2010 to 2013, and as a Human Capital Relationship Manager at PwC Australia from 2006 to 2010.

Jane Cronin has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from The University of Queensland. Jane also holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Bond University. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) from Scrum Alliance in 2022, Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum Alliance in 2020, Prosci Advanced Change Management from Prosci in 2017, Design Thinking from Stanford University in 2016, and Leadership Circle Profile Certification from The Leadership Circle in 2015.
