Kathryn Hough is an accomplished leader in the community services sector, currently serving as the CEO of Far North Community Services since September 2016 and as a Fellow at the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation. With a strong background as an Accredited DISC Consultant, Kathryn has also held strategic consulting roles and previously served as CEO of Empowering People In Communities (EPIC) Inc from 2012 to 2015, promoting empowerment and advocacy for individuals with disabilities. Kathryn's extensive experience includes chairing the Great Southern Community Housing Association, where notable partnerships were established to provide affordable housing for people with disabilities, and serving as CEO of the Community Living Association, which expanded significantly under leadership. Educational qualifications include a Master of Regional Development from The University of Western Australia, a Graduate Certificate of Australian Rural Leadership from James Cook University, and a Bachelor of Social Science in Human Service Administration from Edith Cowan University.
