Ashley Brunning

Ash Brunning is a seasoned professional in the field of sailing, currently serving as the National Performance Pathways Technical Manager at Australian Sailing since January 2015. Brunning has a strong background in performance pathway management, having previously held the position of National Pathway Manager and served as Head Coach for the Queensland Academy of Sport (QAS) program. With experience as an assistant coach and contract coach for the Laser Men's Squad, Brunning's expertise encompasses technical coaching, athlete development, and program management. An alumnus of Macquarie University with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Brunning further enhanced credentials through a performance coaching and leadership course at Melbourne Business School. Athletic engagements include participation as a member of the Australian Sailing Team from April 2009 to September 2014.
