Glen Stanaway

Glen Stanaway is an experienced professional in governance, safety, and sailing administration with a career at Australian Sailing spanning from March 2006 to the present. Currently serving as the Head of Governance, Rules, and Safety, Glen facilitates compliance with ASIC regulations and manages communications between the Board and executive team. Previous roles include overseeing safety and racing rules, addressing operational services in Tasmania, and leading Sailing Services, where responsibilities included strategic planning, stakeholder management, and risk management. Prior to Australian Sailing, Glen held positions in project management and sales within software and mapping industries.
