Director Of Performance Systems And Paralympic Partnerships at Australian Sports Commission

Bill Tait has a diverse work experience in the sports industry. Bill currently holds the position of Director of Performance Systems and Paralympic Partnerships at both the Australian Sports Commission and Paralympics Australia. Prior to this, they worked as a First Aid/4WD Retrieval Provider and First Aider & Wilderness Retrieval Provider at Endurance Medical Services. Bill also has experience as the Host and Producer of the BRowShow Podcast and "Doc, Doc,Goose" show. Other notable roles include serving as the General Manager High Performance and Performance Manager (Podium) at the Victorian Institute of Sport, Head Coach and Senior Coach of Rowing, and Nation Coach for the Australian Rowing Team. Bill has also worked as a Coach for the Australian Olympic Team and as the Head Coach of the Mercantile Rowing Club. In addition, they served as the Director of Rowing at Caulfield Grammar School.

Bill Tait attended the Australian Catholic University from 1998 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Exercise Physiology.
